| Description: |
Scratchfella is the Italian
American henchman of the nefarious Rat King. He is an
imposing figure who has one talent – killing things. With
fellow henchman Pinky, he persuades Clive to visit the Rat
King in the song The Rat King, beginning the chain of
events that leads to the plague hitting London.
The Lord Mayor is a shrewd and disingenuous politician who,
unable to find a cure for the Plague, finds London a
scapegoat in the song Someone To Blame. |
